Gabriele Preston, CAPS, Area Vice President
As an Area Vice President for RAM Partners, Gabriele Preston oversees and directs operations of seven properties in Knoxville, Johnson City and Cleveland Tennessee. In twenty plus years of management achievement in multifamily housing, Preston has learned what works, and what works best. Her career trajectory from the leasing office to the top levels of corporate management has been marked by creative thinking, incisive decision-making, and well planned, cost-effective execution.
Prior to joining RAM Partners in 2011, Preston lead multifamily management groups in Michigan, Arizona and Tennessee for commercial real estate companies with portfolios of up to 4,000 units and more than 75 team members. As a former member of the Property Management Association of West Michigan and current member of the Apartment Association of Greater Knoxville, Gabriele served in every executive level position and is currently serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the AAGK.
Preston holds a 60-hour certificate in Business from Northwestern University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western Michigan University. She earned her Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association in 2002 and as a member of the Board of the Property Management Association of West Michigan, she served as its President (2002) and Education Chair (2000-2001).

Chris Mullen, Area Vice President
As Area Vice President for RAM Partners, Chris Mullen manages a portfolio of multifamily properties in Georgia and additional Southeastern states. Her experience includes hands-on, goal-oriented team leadership, and she specializes in new construction, Class A lease-up projects, stabilized properties and tax credit/bond financed communities.
Mullen joined RAM Partners in 1995 as a Property Manager. She spent several years in RAM's training department before assuming her current position of Area Vice President. She has been active in the multi-family real estate industry since 1985, having served in a variety of roles for a nationally recognized property management firm.
Mullen is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment association, serving on a number of committees for the organization. Buffy Snider, Property Manager, Autumn Brook
Buffy Snider began her multifamily career as an Assistant Manager in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area and was promoted to a Property Manager's position in 2011.In 2012 she was again promoted to an Area Manager with a local Property Management firm where she oversaw two properties and the on-site teams.Buffy chose to join the RAM Partners in 2014 and is managing Autumn Brook inHixson, Tennessee. Donna Mixon, RAMŪ, Property Manager, Cove at Creekwood Park
Donna Mixon began her career in property management in 1990, where she earned a Registered Apartment Manager, RAMŪ designation through IREM.Donna attended the University of Mississippi, where she completed 60 hours of education focusing on business administration.She continued her education obtaining her Series 7 license, AR and TN Real Estate Licenses.
In 1998 Donna began a second career in mortgage lending and the title industry.Donna has three children and recently returned to property management in 2012 and was hired by RAM Partners in 2014 to oversee the Cove at Creekwood Park in Lenoir City, TN. Alofa Porter, Property Manager, Greystone Summit
As Property Manager for RAM Partners, Alofa Porter oversees the day to day operations of Greystone Summit, an A+ class of garden-style apartment homes located in the Hardin Valley area of West Knoxville. Her responsibilities include budget preparation, establishment and implementation of successful marketing strategies, and hiring and oversight of on-site personnel. Alofa began her career in property management as a Leasing Consultant for a RAM-managed property in 2002. Consistently demonstrating fiscal accountability and team-building abilities, Alofa has been promoted several times to achieve her current position. Alofa recently stepped back from an Area Vice President's position with RAM Partners at the request Greystone Summit's ownership group to focus on Greystone Summit and new sister developments coming to the Knoxville market.
Alofa has been recognized as Manager of the Month multiple times and managed the team that won RAM's Lease-Up Property of the Year in 2010. As a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREMŪ), Porter is currently pursuing her CPMŪ designation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. As a Property Manager for RAM Partners, Andria Seiber oversees the daily operations at The Grove at Deane Hill, a luxury apartment community in West Knoxville with 272 apartment homes. Serving as the Property Manager since 2006, Andria's track record shows that she consistently leads an award-winning team exemplifying exceptional customer service and a pristine community.
Andria has been working in the multi-family management industry since 1998 and has earned the designation of Certified Apartment Manager, CAMŪ with the National Apartment Association.She also serves as an Officer of the Apartment Association of Greater Knoxville's Resident Manager Association. Anissa Perry, Property Manager, Highland Terrace
Anissa began her career in the multifamily management industry in 1998. She joined the RAM Partners in 2000 and for 14 plus years and has successfully managed two different communities, including Highland Terrace, a student property with an annual student lease-up located within walking distance to the University of Tennessee.
Anissa Perry is a highly regarded property management professional and has received numerous awards for her performance since joining the RAM Partners team as an Assistant Manager. Under Anissa's direction, Windsor Court was awarded the Property Turn Around in 2003 and Highland Terrace was awarded Property of the Year in 2006 by RAM Partners. Additionally, Anissa was awarded Property Manager of the Month in August 2006, September 2007 and also again in August 2009. She has participated in mentoring and training programs and assisted with many due diligence and property takeovers during her tenure. Several employees trained and mentored by Anissa were eventually promoted to Assistant Managers and Property Managers for RAM Partners.

Tracy McLain, Property Manager, Legends at White Oak
Tracy McLain serves as Property Manager for a brand new lease-up community, The Legends at White Oak in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Tracy began her multifamily management career in 2001 as an Assistant Manager for ER Management and was promoted to Property Manager. She joined Fogelman Management Group in 2004 where she served a Property Manager for 7 years.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee. She served as a Board Member for the Chattanooga Apartment Association for more than 10 years. Tracy was awarded Property Manager of the year by the Chattanooga Apartment Association in 2010 and 2013. She was also awarded the ARC award with Fogelman Management Group in 2009 and the WD Stanley Award in 2011.

Anne Crawford, Property Manager, Mountain View
During her 9 year career in multi-family management, Anne Crawford has been employed with RAM Partners LLC.She started her career as a Leasing Consultant and has worked at four apartment communities in the Knoxville/Oak Ridge area including a student property downtown Knoxville.Anne received RAM's Leasing Consultant of the Year award in 2007.She was promoted to an Assistant Manager's position and received recognition for Assistant Manager of the Month in May of 2012.Anne was promoted again in 2013 and is currently the Property Manager for Mountain View Apartments in West Knoxville.During her tenure, Anne has assisted with due diligence tasks for RAM Partners. Melissa Bennett, Property Manager, Reserve
Throughout her 7 years' experience in multifamily management, Melissa Bennett has been a leader in variety of positions. She's managed three apartment communities in the Knoxville area and was hired by RAM Partner's in 2014 to manage a new lease-up, The Reserve in Johnson City, Tennessee. Melissa is a graduate of Kansas State University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in accounting. Former employers have recognized her accomplishments and have presented her with Assistant Property Manager of the Year and Manager of the Year awards. Candace Clark, Property Manager, Retreat at Spring Creek
Candace Clark has been with RAM Partners since 2013, serving as the Property Manager for two separate phases of The Retreat at Spring Creek located in Cleveland, Tennessee. Prior to joining RAM Partners in 2013, Candace began her career in the multifamily management industry in 2009 as a Leasing Consultant with Bell Partners and later had an opportunity to serve as a Regional Assistant Manager with Hawthorne Residential Partners, assisting properties in the Southeast market with training and various leasing and outreach marketing activities. Candace excelled in this position and soon was promoted to a Community Manager's position which led Candace to RAM Partners.Through the years, Candace has gained valuable experience working on an array of property types and sizes in various markets, assisting with the operations of full rehab projects at distressed communities to overseeing the management and lease-up of new construction properties like The Retreat at Spring Creek.
Candace attended Lee University and studied business administration. She is currently continuing her education through Western Governor's University of Tennessee and is studying business management & marketing. She is actively involved in her local Cleveland community with the Retreat at Spring Creek as a member of the Bradley/Cleveland Chamber of Commerce and the Chattanooga Apartment Association. Kelly Cook, Property Manager, Tara Hills
Kelly Cook joined RAM Partners, LLC with over 13 years of management and sales experience. She began her career in multifamily management in March 2010. Kelly started with RAM Partners, LLC as a Leasing Consultant at Windsor Court. She was promoted to Assistant Property Manager at Tara Hills and then to Property Manager for Tara Hills in 2013. At Tara Hills Kelly has reached record milestones in income and occupancy during her short time as Community Manager at Tara Hills Apartments and looks forward to many more.
Kelly earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Ecology from the University of Tennessee. There she majored in retail and consumer science with a minor in business administration. Kelly is a proud member of the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce, the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce and Greater Knoxville Apartment Association.
